The Catalog Mode for WooCommerce plugin gives you full control over how your store behaves when purchase functionality is disabled. You can hide shop features, customize button behavior, control price visibility, and define what customers should see in place of standard WooCommerce elements.
Follow this guide to configure each Catalog Mode option effectively.
Go to WordPress Dashboard > Catalog Mode > Settings
Scroll down a little and you will find the Set Catalog Mode Options

In “Set Catalog Mode Options“, you will find the following options
1. Disable Shop
Enable this option if you want to convert your entire store into a catalog. When activated, the Cart page, Checkout page, and all Add to Cart buttons will be hidden across your site. This ensures that customers can view products but cannot make purchases.
2. Add to Cart Settings in Catalog Mode
This section lets you decide how Add to Cart buttons are handled when Catalog Mode is active.
You can choose to hide or display the buttons and select where this rule applies. You can target all pages or restrict the rule to only shop pages or only product pages. You can also choose whether the setting applies to all products or only to items in your exclusion list.
3. Hide Product Variations
When enabled, variation dropdowns will be hidden on pages where the Add to Cart button is not visible. Customers will not be able to choose variations for those products. This ensures consistency when purchase options are disabled
4. Replace Add to Cart on Product Pages
Use this setting to control what appears on product pages when the Add to Cart button is hidden. You can leave the space empty or replace the button with one of your custom buttons or labels. This replacement will apply to all product pages where Add to Cart is disabled.
5. Replace Add to Cart on Shop Pages
This option works the same as the previous one but applies to your shop archive pages. You can choose to show nothing or display a custom button in place of the Add to Cart button whenever it is hidden.
6. Price Settings in Catalog Mode
You can choose whether product prices should be displayed or hidden when Catalog Mode is active. The rule can be applied to all products or only to those in your exclusion list.
Note: If prices are hidden, the Add to Cart button will automatically be hidden as well.
7. Replace Hidden Price With
If prices are hidden, you can decide what will appear in their place. You can keep it empty or replace the price with a custom label or button. The replacement will be applied wherever prices are hidden.
