Custom Control Icons – WPVR

You can have full control customization on WPVR. If you have WPVR Pro, you can turn ‘on’ or ‘off’ Show Controls to get options to set custom control icons.

Setting Custom Control Buttons #

Under General Settings, turn Show Controls On, and these new options will appear:

Here you will see Pan UpPan DownPan LeftPan RightPan Zoom InPan Zoom Out, and Pan Fullscreen options.

These represent the custom control options instead of the default controls that the tour has in WPVR Free version.

If you enable any of these options and assign a custom icon, then they will appear on the tour. Here’s an example:

Viewers can control and interact with your tour through these icons.

Here’s how you can use control customization with personalized icons of your choice

Turn on any of the control buttons and click on the Color option.

The color picker will appear to let you choose the color you want.

Now click on the drop-down button on the Icon option.

This will give you a list of 999+ font-awesome icons to choose from.

You can scroll, search and pick or search for your desired icon.

Pan Up:

This represents the ‘up’ button on the control options on the tour. Clicking on it will move the view upwards on the tour.

Pan Down:

This represents the ‘down’ button on the control options on the tour. Clicking on it will move the view downwards on the tour.

Pan Left:

This represents the ‘left’ button on the control options on the tour. Clicking on it will move the view towards the left on the tour.

Pan Right:

This represents the ‘right’ button on the control options on the tour. Clicking on it will move the view towards the left on the tour.

Pan Zoom In:

This represents the ‘Zoom in’ button on the control options on the tour. Clicking on it will zoom in the view on the tour.

Pan Zoom Out: 

This represents the ‘Zoom out’ button on the control options on the tour. Clicking on it will zoom out the view on the tour.

Pan Fullscreen:

This represents the ‘Fullscreen’ button on the custom control options on the tour. Clicking on it will toggle the tour to be viewed on fullscreen mode.

Back To Home:

This is the button that will take you to the default scene of a virtual tour.

Suppose, you have multiple scenes on a virtual tour. By clicking on this home icon, your viewers can go back to the default scene of the tour or the first scene of your tour.
