You can check the in-depth analytics of the abandoned cart recovery campaigns from the Reports section.
You can see the analytics by going to Dashboard > Cart Lift and click on the Reports tab.
Here, you will see these sections:
Set a date range to see the analytics between this range.
Click on the From option to set the starting date of your range.
Click on the To option to set the ending date of your range.
Once you’ve set the range, all the analytics will be shown for that range.
This will show the total amount of recapturable revenue from the abandoned carts on your store between that date range.
It indicates the amount of revenue you can win back using the abandoned cart email campaigns.
This will show the number of abandoned cart emails that have been sent for this date range.
This tab will show the amount of revenue you’ve successfully recaptured with your abandoned cart email campaigns.
It indicates the amount of revenue you’ve gained through email campaigns.
This tab will show the total number of cart abandonment happened in your shop within the date range.
This tab will show the amount of revenue you’ve lost because of the abandoned carts.
It simply shows the total amount of product prices on all the abandoned carts that occurred in this date range.
This tab indicates the percentage of cart abandonment compare to the successful purchases that occurred in your shop.
This tab shows the number of abandoned carts for which you can run your abandoned cart recovery campaign within the date range.
