  1. Misformatted Custom Attribute Names:
    • Using spaces in attribute names (e.g., using “Custom Label” instead of “Custom_label“).
  2. Skip Products with Empty Value Setting:
    • Enabling this setting can cause products to be skipped if they have any missing information, leading to an empty feed.

Step-by-Step Troubleshooting Instructions #

1. Verify Custom Attribute Formatting #

  • Go to your feed configuration in Product Feed Manager.
  • Check each custom attribute name to ensure it is properly formatted (e.g., Custom_label instead of Custom Label).
