If you’re new to using the “Always” Shipping Condition feature in the Advanced Shipping plugin for WooCommerce, I’m here to guide you through creating your first rule.
With this, you may create a shipping condition that applies to all purchases in your WooCommerce store.
First, I’ll create an “Always” Shipping Condition rule so you can see how it works. This will help you get a feel for the plugin’s functionality.
For more detailed instructions on all the other exclusive features, be sure to check out the Plugin Overview documentation.
Let’s get started and take that first step together,
Create Shipping Conditions for All Purchases in Advanced Shipping #
Before starting the process make sure you have an advanced shipping license activated in your WordPress website. Follow the steps to create always shipping conditions for your WooCommerce store.
1. First of all go to the Advanced Shipping option on the left side of the backend of your WordPress dashboard and click on Shipping Zone.
2. It will redirect you to the WooCommerce settings page in the Shipping tabs where you get the Shipping zones that you created earlier.
Now click on edit in which location you want to apply the condition. (If you don’t know how to add Shipping zones, Kindly visit our previous tutorial to add specific locations where you want to apply always shipping conditions)
3. You will get the Advanced shipping page and scroll down to the bottom where you can see shipping cost calculation rules.
Now you have to click on “Add condition rules.“
4. You can add here the following options, “Always, Price, Item, Cart line items, Weight,” and so on.
In this guide, I am showing a guide of “Always” shipping conditions, select always from the “when dropdown menu”.
Suppose you added here $20 as always shipping condition.
It means whatever your cart value or price for customers if they want to get shipping in California they should pay $20 extra as a shipping cost. Now click on save changes to apply this condition.
I have just given an example below so that you can understand how it works for the customer.
Let’s say customer from California purchases 4 Beanies from your WooCommerce store that price is $72 in total, $18 for each product. As you have applied a $20 Always condition, it is showing $20 as a shipping charge for the California zone. So the total price for 4 Beanies is $72+$20=$92.
So, this is how you can set your shipping price conditions for all purchases on your WooCommerce Stores.
