I’ve been building a virtual tour and when testing it, a couple different mobile users on iOS received the error message on a black screen starting with “A problem repeatedly occurred…”. Any ideas on what this error is all about?
Could you send us the tour link and if possible a screen shot of the error message on iOS device? It will help us to understand the error.
