I am using Product Feed Pro which keeps giving me the same error about the availability of the products. Although many products are not in stock, it keeps displaying on the xml that every product is in stock. At the settings of my product feed I have selected Attribute -> “Availability”, Type-> “Attribute” and Value -> “Availability (Primary Attributes)”.
Everything else seems to work fine.

Choose Custom filter and set this rule:

This way, you can exclude the out of stock products from your feed.
