Voordat u de Media Storage To Cloud plugin met Amazon S3 bucket aansluit, dient u zich ervan te vergewissen dat u al een IAM gebruikersaccount heeft aangemaakt op uw AWS account.
If you haven’t created an IAM user account, follow this documentation to create it.
If you already have an IAM user account you want to use, follow these simple steps to connect the Amazon S3 bucket with Media Storage to Cloud:
Step 1: Select Storage #
Go to your Dashboard > WP Cloud. Amazon S3 will be selected by default.
You will see the following form:
Nu moet je je Amazone S3 geloofsbrieven bezorgen.
Access Key ID: #
Voer de Access Key ID in van de IAM gebruikersaccount die u gaat gebruiken.
Secret Access Key: #
Voer de geheime toegangssleutel van dezelfde IAM-gebruiker in.
S3 Bucket Name: #
Typ de naam van de emmer die u wilt autoriseren met Media Storage To Cloud.
Bucket Region: #

Remember that you have entered the relevant code for your bucket region. For example, for “Oregon”, your bucket code would be “us-west-2”.
Klik nu op de blauwe Opslag-knop.
Dit bericht zal verschijnen om u te informeren dat uw gegevens met succes zijn opgeslagen.
Step 2: Sync #
Ga nu naar de Sync sectie.
Choose Amazon S3 from the upper tab.
Here you will get two options from the Select sync option dropdown menu.
- Send all data to storage
- Send unsynced data to storage
If you choose Send all data to storage, it will sync all of your media files to the Cloud.
And if you choose Send unsynced data to storage, it will only upload the unsynced media files to the Cloud.
For the first time, choose Send all data to storage option, you may choose to upload unsynced data to storage option next time if you only want to upload the unsynced data to the storage.
Now click on Sync button.
Uw mediabestanden zullen worden gesynchroniseerd met uw Amazon S3-emmer.
Nu moet je wachten tot de mediabestanden gesynchroniseerd zijn met de emmer.
After syncing the media file, a success message will appear.
Step 3: Settings #
Ga nu naar de sectie Instellingen.
Klik op Amazon S3.
U vindt deze 3 opties:
Serve Media Files From Bucket: #
Als u deze functie inschakelt, worden alle mediabestanden op uw website rechtstreeks vanuit de Amazon S3-emmer bediend.
Upload Media Files On Bucket When Uploaded On Media Library: #
Als u deze functie inschakelt, worden alle nieuwe mediabestanden die u met de emmer op uw mediabibliotheek uploadt automatisch gesynchroniseerd.
Delete Media From Bucket When Deleted From Media Library: #
Als u deze functie inschakelt, wordt elk mediabestand uit de Amazon S3-emmer automatisch verwijderd als het uit de mediabibliotheek wordt verwijderd.
Zet de functies die u wilt gebruiken aan.
Klik nu op de blauwe Opslag-knop.
Dit bericht verschijnt om te bevestigen dat uw nieuwe instellingen zijn opgeslagen.
Now you’re ready to offload your WordPress media files to Amazon S3 bucket and serve from there.
