Enable Cart Expiration Option #
Go to Settings > General, then scroll down a bit and you’ll find the option ‘Enable Cart Expiration‘. After enabling this option you’ll be able to see two additional fields to set conditions for ‘Cart Expiration Time’ and ‘Cart Expiration Status’.
Set Conditions For Cart Expiration #
You’ll need to specify these 2 conditions in order to successfully delete Abandoned Orders automatically.
** Please note that Orders will be deleted with a minimum time limit of 7 days. Also, you’ll need to select the status of as well.
